Small but perfectly formed, our sliders are our sharing equivalent of our heritage breed blended burgers. Ideal for the BBQ or to cook in-doors, these smaller patties are very versatile. Inspired by the best burger joints around the world, our blend of dry aged short rib & traditional beef chuck taken from prime grass fed cattle is something quite special. We match the ground steak with a sprinkling of fresh herbs & a little black pepper, which takes the flavour profile to another level. Either barbecued or cooked in your kitchen, these sliders are one of our most indulgent yet. Their creamy, butter like flavours are long lasting and ones you won’t forget easily. Our Exec Chef, Jeff likes to partner these up with a aged cheddar, crispy bacon & ‘burnt' ripe tomatoes and served in a rich slider-sized Brioche bun.
The patties simply need a few flakes of sea salt on each side whilst cooking.

A quality slider made from our Heritage breed beef steak meat, promises to be juicy and succulent with a high proportion of prime beef to make sure there is plenty of flavour running through the patty. This very special slider has been months in development, inspired by barbecuing and sharing, this slider is as pure as possible.
Our heritage breed gourmet sliders are an excellent way to sample the succulent flavour of our magnificent beef breeds . Try using refined ingredients such as pancetta or English eggs for excellent results, or home made BBQ ketchup. Be sure to rest the sliders for a few minutes before serving in our mini brioche buns. This allows the meat to relax and the juicy succulence of our native breed meat to come into its own.
