A new addition for Mother's Day and Easter, this stunning easy carve leg of Lamb has been developed in collaboration with our Master Butcher and Chef Jeff. Stuffed with a Mediterranean inspired stuffing of sun-dried tomatoes, lemon zest, black olives & rosemary; a classic combination of fresh, sprightly flavours to bring you a Spring time centre-piece to remember. Made using our heritage breed Lamb, sourced from the North Yorkshire Moors, this leg of Lamb is one of our hero roasting joints this season.
A staple of British butchery trade, essential to preparing a good lamb leg is ensuring the meat is of the highest quality. We source from farms that have been producing lamb in the Dales and Fells for generations, with proven consistency. That makes for the best meat, with ample fat cover but lean texture. The leg is carefully deboned and stuffed by hand for a neat joint of flavoursome meat and stuffing.
