Ingredients 
    
    - 250g French Beans
 - 250g New potatoes
 - 1 Romaine lettuce
 - 160ml Crème fraiche
 - Juice of 1 lemon
 - 2 x Tomatoes, sliced
 - Salt and pepper
 
Introduction
A light summery alternative to the classic Nicoise French Salad and hails from the Touraine region of France.Method
- Cook the beans and potatoes in separate pans of salted water until tender.
 - Drain and cool, cut into very small pieces.
 - Separate the lettuce leaves, wash and drain well and shred finely.
 - Add the lettuce to the beans and potatoes and stir in the crème fraiche and lemon juice.
 - Season with salt and pepper and decorate with the tomato slices.
