Ingredients 
    
    - 2 x 150g native breed fillet steaks
 - 2 x tablespoons of olive oil
 - 250g of button mushrooms (sliced)
 - 5 tbsp Marsala wine
 - 160 ml of double cream
 - 90g of Stilton cheese
 
Introduction
This recipe, by Sarah Cooper, was a runner up in our Oscars Competition.Method
- Add the mushrooms to the pan and cook for around 6 minutes, or until they have turned golden.
 - Once they are cooked add in the Marsala wine and allow to simmer until the Marsala has reduced to around 1 tablespoon.
 - Once the Marsala wine has reduced add in the cream. Bring to the boil and then simmer until the sauce has thickened.
 - Add in the crumbled stilton and stir until melted.
 - Transfer the steak to plates and serve the sauce over the steaks.
 - Serve with new potatoes, asparagus and baby corn
 - Enjoy!
 
Sarah's Tip: Presentation is key so try to serve on white plates, it looks nicer!
