Ingredients
- 800gram hand chopped rump steak (no sinew )
- 120gram bone marrow
- 2 small onions finely diced and softened in butter
- 80 gram fresh breadcrumb
- 2tsp Mixed thyme and marjoram leaves
- Ground black pepper
Introduction
Great with tomato chutney spiked with fresh grated horseradish and skinny fries.Method
- Chop meat till very fine mince
- Grate marrow on top add crumbs and seasoning
- Add cooled onion
- Gently mix together by hand
- Sear burgers on each side then transfer to oven 225° c for 5/6 mins
- Serve medium rare or according to choice
