Ingredients
- 1 x 250g Sirloin Pave Steak
- Leeks
- Salt
- Goose fat
Method
- Take steak from chiller & massage with a little goose fat
- Boil leeks in salted water for 7 to 8 mins until tender then drain
- Heat a griddle pan or bbq to full heat
- Char steak & leeks 3 to 4 minutes each side until dark & gnarly
