How to Cook Grilled Sirloin Pavé Steak with Grilled Leeks

Ingredients

  • 1 x 250g Sirloin Pave Steak
  • Leeks
  • Salt
  • Goose fat

Method

  1. Take steak from chiller & massage with a little goose fat
  2. Boil leeks in salted water for 7 to 8 mins until tender then drain
  3. Heat a griddle pan or bbq to full heat
  4. Char steak & leeks 3 to 4 minutes each side until dark & gnarly
