  1. To make marinade; simply whisk together the hoisin, black bean, sesame seeds and chilli sauce into a paste.
  2. Remove skewers from packaging, pat away any juices and season with sea salt.
  3. Preheat a griddle or heavy-based frying pan, rub the pan with a little oil then sear the pork on all sides until just cooked for 8-10 minutes, then finish by brushing with the glaze and cook until rich & sticky.

To serve
