Ingredients
- 4 x pork skewers
- 2 tbls. Hoisin sauce
- 2 tbls. Fermented black bean sauce
- 1 tbls. Hot chili sauce
- 1 tbls. Toasted sesame seeds
- 1 x lime
- Pak Choy blanched until tender in salted boiling water & refreshed in cold water
- Kale blanched until tender in salted boiling water & refreshed in cold water
- Tender stem broccoli blanched until tender in salted boiling water & refreshed in cold water
Introduction
A simple rich and nutritious dish for two.Method
- To make marinade; simply whisk together the hoisin, black bean, sesame seeds and chilli sauce into a paste.
- Remove skewers from packaging, pat away any juices and season with sea salt.
- Preheat a griddle or heavy-based frying pan, rub the pan with a little oil then sear the pork on all sides until just cooked for 8-10 minutes, then finish by brushing with the glaze and cook until rich & sticky.
To serve
- Charred seasonal greens & fresh lime to squeeze.
