  1. Remove your sausages from the packaging.
  2. Preheat a heavy based frying pan over medium heat & apply a thin film of oil, don't get this too hot as this could cause the sausages to explode.
  3. Place the sausages in an even layer then cook thoroughly, turning regularly until rich in colour, around 8-9 minutes, they should be caramelised and firm to touch.
  4. Leave to rest in a warm place at least 3 to 4 minutes.
