  1. Remove your sausages out of the packaging and pat dry any moisture.
  2. Gently heat a heavy based non-stick frying pan, though not too hot as this could cause the sausages to explode.
  3. Brush the pan with a fine film of oil.
  4. Don't overcrowd the cooking base, the sausages must sit flat and have enough room to turn over.
  5. Cook over medium heat, turning regularly until the whole sausage is rich in colour and firm to touch, around 8 to 9 minutes.
  6. Leave to rest in a warm place for at least 3 to 4 minutes.
