Method
- Remove your sausages out of the packaging and pat dry any moisture.
- Gently heat a heavy based non-stick frying pan, though not too hot as this could cause the sausages to explode.
- Brush the pan with a fine film of oil.
- Don't overcrowd the cooking base, the sausages must sit flat and have enough room to turn over.
- Cook over medium heat, turning regularly until the whole sausage is rich in colour and firm to touch, around 8 to 9 minutes.
- Leave to rest in a warm place for at least 3 to 4 minutes.
