  • 200g Cream cheese
  • Zest of 1/2 lemon
  • 2tsp Icing sugar
  • 2 x Whole eggs

  1. Remove crust from cheese.
  2. Blend with cream cheese, eggs, sugar and lemon until light and smooth.
  3. Pour mixture into a lined cake tin 6 inch diameter.
  4. Bake on 120°C oven preheated for 20 minutes or until just set in the centre.
