Method
Remember to remove your chicken goujons out of the packaging,
pat dry before cooking
Choose a heavy based frying pan and pre heat to a high
temperature
Season the chicken just prior to cooking with sea salt
Heat 1 teaspoon light olive oil or clarified butter until very
hot in fry pan
Place the goujons flat on the pan and cook for 2 to 3 minutes
over high heat on both sides
Reduce heat to medium and carry on cooking for another 3 to 4
minutes until the meat is firm to touch minimum 72 oc core
temperature
Finish by adding a knob of butter to the pan
Air Frying Instructions
Remove your chicken goujons from the packaging and pat them dry
before cooking.
Preheat your air fryer to 200°C.
Lightly season the goujons with sea salt.
Place them into the air fryer basket, making sure they are not
touching to allow hot air to circulate.
Lightly spray with olive oil for extra crispness if
desired.
Cook at 200°C for 8-10 minutes, turning halfway through.
Ensure a minimum core temperature of 72°C is reached before
serving.
