Made in south-west Spain, this smoked paprika is made using a traditional drying process that dates back to the 15th century. The peppers are dried slowly over an oak burning fire for several weeks. The result is a sweet, cool, smoky flavour. Popular for use in fish dishes, spinach and chickpea stew or bean dishes.
