Method
- Remove your koftas out of the packaging and leave to rest for a few minutes.
- Preheat your griddle or heavy based frying pan over a medium heat.
- Lightly oil the koftas with a little light olive oil, or a very thin film of clarified butter.
- Don't overcrowd the cooking base, a few koftas at a time.
- Cook over medium heat turning the koftas on both sides to create a rich, golden crust.
- Cook for 3 to 4 minutes each side, until firm to touch & thoroughly cooked.
- Leave to rest in a warm place for a couple of minutes before serving.
