Sourced exclusively from Yorkshire Large White pork, which is prized by butchers for its bacon, this is British bacon at its best, with rich flavour.
This smoked bacon is left to carefully cold smoke, with subtle smokey flavours concentrating as moisture leaves the bacon. Taken from Yorkshire hogs, this bacon is cut from the belly to give the characteristic layering of meat and fat which offers the crispiness that makes this bacon so popular around this world. This however is a real artisanal bacon, made with only the finest Yorkshire pork for real quality.
Be sure to pat away any moisture before frying or griddling the Streaky Bacon on a high heat before including into your dishes.
