Ingredients
- 10 g Coriander seeds
- 5 g Cumin seeds
- 2 cloves
- 10 black pepper corn
- 3 cardamom pods
- 1/2 cinnamon stick
- 1 bay leaf
- 10 g ginger paste
- 5 g Turmeric powder
- 5 g Red chilli powder
- 5 g Paprika
- STAGE 2
- 50 ml natural yoghurt
- 10 g ginger paste
- 2 cloves garlic crushed
- Freshly squeezed lemon juice to taste
- 20 ml pomace oil ( light olive oil)
- Season with salt to taste
Introduction
A spicy marinade perfect for adding a kick to you cooking, please note there are two stages to adding the ingredients together.Method
- Toss all dry spices over a low heat for 5 minutes in a dry non stick pan
- Blitz to a powder
- When ready to use mix with stage 2 ingrediants
- Marinade meat overnight
- Poultry, pheasant, pork, goat, lamb
- Rub away excess marinade pre cooking
- Bbq, grill, roast, griddle
