A fantastic alternative to our other pork sausages, being lighter, though no less in mouth watering flavour. As such they’re perfect year round for easy and nutritious mid week meals, buffets, or barbecues.

A chef - butcher collaboration, combining the best natural ingredients for a flavoursome alternative to our traditional sausages. Hand made according to our traditions of sausage making using our plump Cumbrian chicken, as well as a little pork to bind the sausage, and tarragon and caramelised leek to pair with the natural meat and enhance the taste.
Let your sausages come to room temperature before cooking. Preheat the pan with a fine film of oil, though not too hot as this could cause the sausages to explode. Don’t overcrowd the cooking base, and cook through on a medium heat, until rich in colour, caramelised and firm to touch. This Product Should Be Cooked Thoroughly
