Ingredients
- 75 g red miso paste (or yellow)
- 2 cloves garlic crushed
- 10 ml mirin
- 5 ml rice vinegar
- 10 g dark brown sugar
- 5 ml light sesame oil
- 10 ml soy sauce
- 75 ml water
Method
- Place all ingrediants into a saucepan and simmer for 10 minutes until thick and glossy then chill
- Can be stored up to 1 month in a chiller
- Brush over meat pre cooking, then re glaze meat once finished cooking
- Beef, pork, venison
- Bbq, grill, roast, griddle
