If you're looking for a gourmet treat, then this is the burger for you, made using venison sourced either from the Fountains Abbey estate here in Ripon or the wild Highlands of Scotland. The natural depth of flavour these burgers possess is owing to the wild grazing of the deer, while we add bone marrow for extra succulence as well as Yorkshire spice and sweet prunes for balance. As such, these patties make for an indulgent choice, either as a Saturday night treat or as an easy and nutritious mid-week meal.
