Typically served pink in top restaurants, our free-range duck promises outstanding flavour and succulence. This is simple to roast and easy to carve, with the skin already scored to release fat upon cooking and ensure beautifully crispy skin. All of our Christmas range delivered on 19th Dec to 24th Dec is guaranteed to stay fresh until Boxing Day *except products containing pastry which are pre frozen. 48 hour deliveries (Highlands & Islands) may have a shorter life depending on dispatch times.

How to cook the Duck Crown

This crown gives the home cook complete control over the finished article. The legs are removed from the bird, while the skin is scored with a sharp blade to release fat when roasting, making for golden crispy skin. Duck Crown

The duck crown is the two breasts of the bird, still attached to the bone. This simplifies the cooking process and ensures plump, moist duck for Christmas dinner. The skin is scored by our butchers to release fat while roasting, ideal for sumptuous roast potatoes.
