Charcuterie is the culinary art of creating prepared meats, and in the United Kingdom it is enjoying a renaissance. Our curer Graham is an award-winning artisan and he crafts our charcuterie produce. His techniques of curing continental style meats are inspired by Italian, Spanish, and French traditions, using only British heritage breed meats and his own blends of salts, herbs, and spices. We also stock traditional favourites such as Hot Dogs and Corned Beef, and as such our range is ideal for spreads, picnics, and summer dining.
