Method for the Individual Pies:

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C / 200°C fan assisted (gas 7).
  2. Place the pies on a baking tray.
  3. Place in the middle shelf of your oven and bake for 30 minutes until the pastry is golden and the filling piping hot, minimum core temperature of 75°C before removing and resting for 10 minutes before serving.

Method for the Family Plate Pie:

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C / 180°C fan assisted (gas 6).
  2. Place the pie on a baking tray.
  3. Place in the middle shelf of your oven and bake for 45 minutes until the pastry is golden and the filling piping hot, minimum core temperature of 75°C before removing and resting for 20 minutes before serving.

Serving suggestion:

  • Serve with luxurious mash potatoes and buttered savoy cabbage.
