Ingredients
- 250 ml teriyaki sauce
- 50 ml soy sauce
- 150 ml honey
- 15 ml lime syrup
- 35 ml rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic sliced
- 25 g ginger sliced
- 2 star anise
- 1 red chillies split
- Coriander stalks
Method
- Mix all ingrediants into one
- Marinade meat for minimum 24 hours up to 72 hours
- Remove from marinade and pat dry excess marinade
- Bbq, grill, roast, griddle
- Best used with beef, venison, pigeon, pork
