Choose from three outstanding native breeds and select your preferred dry-ageing period - 32 days or 45 days. Your sirloin is then carefully dry-aged to your specification. Before delivery, the recipient will receive a beautifully designed leaflet through the post, detailing all the available cut options. To finalise their selection, they simply contact our expert butchers by phone or email, ensuring every cut is tailored to their taste.
To make the experience even more special, we'll send exclusive photographs of your custom-cut masterpiece during the ageing process, along with a bespoke recipe booklet tailored to your chosen cuts. Each sirloin also comes with our signature cast iron trivet - a timeless and practical piece found in every great kitchen.
