Roasted as a piece or ideal for beef wellington, Farmison & Co beef fillet is exceptionally tender and full of flavour.

All of our beef is dry-aged for a minimum of 28 days. High welfare product, grass-fed, free range. 

    Cooking instructions

    To cook the fillet of beef, bring the meat to room temperature before cooking. Season generously and sear in a hot pan until browned on all sides, then transfer to a preheated oven and cook to your preferred doneness. Remove from the oven and rest for the same length of time as it was cooked, allowing the meat to relax and retain its succulence. Slice and serve.
