The rich and full-bodied sauce features generous forequarter cuts of grass-fed beef, slow cooked in a red wine sauce with ripe tomatoes. A pinch of oregano adds herbaceous character to the flavoursome sauce. This ragu is inspired by Italian culinary traditions and promises a full-bodied and tasty sauce ready to be elevated by pairings of your choice at home.

This product is frozen and will defrost whilst in transit to you. Ensure this product is thoroughly defrosted before cooking. We strongly recommend cooking within 24 hours for best quality. This product must not be refrozen.
The classic pairing for this ragu is fresh pappardelle, with the sauce elevated by adding a dash of virgin olive oil and a sprinkling of parmesan before serving. This ragu is just as at home served with polenta, enriched with butter and parmesan, or paired with some focaccia for an easy, rustic lunch. Please ensure product is fully defrosted before cooking.
