Our Sous Vide range has been developed by our in-house Michelin-starred chef, Jeff Baker, with simple yet succulent roasting in mind. Using the traditional French technique, sous vide, we've slow cooked this free-range pork belly for hours and seasoned with sage, sea salt & pepper, so you don't have to. Ready to eat in just 25 minutes, expect melt-in-the-mouth tenderness and juicy flavoursome meat that is sure to impress. As always, our pork is sourced from our small network of local farmers who rear their hogs slowly and naturally, making for the very best free-range pork available.

Our Cooked range has been meticulously crafted to elevate the classic roast dinner experience, offering a refined take on this beloved tradition. Using quality meats, our range allows home cooks to easily prepare a satisfying meal without the need for a long roasting process. An example of contemporary meat cutting styles, the belly is ordinarily reserved for roasting, these steaks however are a favourite of chefs, looking for individual steaks that can be marinated and offer the fat cover that gives the meat its flavour and natural juiciness. Matured for 7 days, the belly demonstrates why our free range pork is so special.
