Each burger is 150g and are gluten free.

Cooking instructions

To cook a lamb burger, preheat your BBQ or grill to a medium-high heat. Place the burger on the grill and cook for approximately 4-5 minutes on each side, or until browned and cooked through. Ensure the centre reaches a safe internal temperature before serving. Serve in a toasted bun with fresh salad, red onion, and your favourite sauces for a juicy and flavourful meal.
