This is NEW award winning Farmison & Co Next Level EX DAIRY Ultimate Burger Kit. A UK First, EXCLUSIVE to Farmison & Co

The burgers are made from the very best Ex Dairy cows in the UK from the Lake District. A careful mix of Rib Eye and Sirloin in a coarse and gentle grind with no added salt or anything actually.....just the meat.

Exceptional taste and a true celebration of sustainable and ethical farming at it's best.

Each KIT includes the following:

  • Farmison & Co 150g seasoned British Ex Dairy beef patties
  • Demi brioche buns
  • Rashers of our own Farmison & Co smoked streaky bacon
  • Slices of Red Leicester from The Cheese Merchant
  • 90ml of Farmison & Co Chipotle Mayo
  • 50g of Farmison & Co crispy fried onions
  • 50g of Farmison & Co sliced gherkin
  • 90 ml of award winning Canchelo's chimichurri ORIGINAL
  • Double cooked, duck fat and rosemary infused potato wedges.

Each Ultimate Burger Kit contains everything above. If you choose the burger kit for 2, then there will only be 2 patties etc etc......and the potato wedges.

The only thing you could add as an option is fresh tomato and lettuce.

Brioche Bun: WHEAT flour, water, sugar, EGG, rapeseed oil, yeast, WHEAT gluten, concentrated butter (MILK), flavouring, skimmed MILK powder, salt, RYE flour, emulsifier (mono and diacetyl tartaric acid esters of mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, MILK proteins, deactivated yeast, tumeric, flour treatment agent (ascorbic acid)
Chipolte Mayo: Cold pressed rapeseed oil, water, white wine vinegar, free range pasturised EGG, chipolte chilli, sugar, salt, MUSTARD powder, xanthan gum
Chimmichurri: Fresh parsley, garlic, extra virgin olive oil, BARLEY malt vinegar, oregano, paprika, coriander, chilli crushed, salt, water
