Pork Baby Back Ribs

To cook pork baby back ribs, preheat your oven to 160°C. Season the ribs generously and place them in a roasting tray, then cover tightly with foil and cook for approximately 2-2½ hours, or until the meat is tender. Remove the foil, brush generously with your favourite BBQ sauce, and return to the oven for 15-20 minutes to caramelise. Alternatively, finish on a hot BBQ for a smoky, charred flavour. Serve with coleslaw, corn on the cob, or crispy potatoes for a delicious and satisfying meal.
