This is Farmison's own Traditional Roast Ham. Absolutely made for Christmas.
The pigs are free range and fully outdoor reared. The breed are Duroc/Hampshire crosses.
The Ham needs to be placed in an over at 200C for 20 minutes.
Free from hormones or growth promoters.
