Fantastic for any chop lover, the South Downs T-Bone of the pork.
Cooking instructions
To cook a pork T-bone chop, preheat your BBQ, grill, or heavy-based frying pan to a medium-high heat. Season the chop with salt and pepper, then cook for approximately 5-6 minutes on each side, depending on thickness, until golden brown and cooked through. Allow the chop to rest for 5 minutes before serving with roasted potatoes, seasonal vegetables, or a fresh salad for a juicy and flavourful meal.
