Pork Baby Back Ribs (Marinated)

To cook marinated pork baby back ribs, preheat your oven to 160°C or prepare your BBQ over a medium heat. For the oven, place the ribs in a roasting tray, cover tightly with foil, and cook for approximately 2-2½ hours, or until the meat is tender. Remove the foil and cook for a further 15-20 minutes to caramelise the marinade. Alternatively, cook on the BBQ, turning regularly until browned, sticky, and cooked through. Serve with coleslaw, corn on the cob, or crispy potatoes for a delicious and satisfying meal.
