Made using cuts of our aged British lamb, blended with paprika, cumin and mixed spices. 

 

These sausages are hand made with natural ingredients, finest free range lamb and all-natural casings. Sausages are made without gluten.

    Cooking instructions

    To cook lamb Merguez sausages, heat a heavy-based frying pan or BBQ to a medium heat. Cook the sausages for approximately 12-15 minutes, turning regularly, until browned on the outside and cooked through. Serve with couscous, grilled vegetables, flatbreads, or a fresh salad for a spicy and flavourful meal.
