Made in Dublin with Korean-inspired flavours, this sauce comes from the fried chicken restaurant Chimac. The name comes from Korea's love of fried chicken and beer. Korean's love the combo so much they’ve dedicated a whole word to it. Pretty much a national pastime, Chimac comes from “chi”, short for “chikin” plus “Mac” from “maekju”, Korean for beer.

Cooking instructions

To serve kimchi ketchup, use straight from the bottle as a dipping sauce, burger topping, or accompaniment to fries and other savoury dishes. Drizzle over Korean fried chicken, grilled meats, or hot dogs for a sweet, tangy, and spicy kick.
