Benefitting from fast, high cooking temperatures its rich, beefy flavour can more than stand up to bolder sauces and accompaniments such as peppercorn and English mustard.

    Cooking instructions

    To cook an ex-dairy sirloin steak, heat a heavy-based frying pan or BBQ to a high heat. Season the steak with salt and pepper, then cook for approximately 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, depending on thickness. Allow the steak to rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
