- Ingredients:
- 8oz plain flour
- 3 x eggs
- 3/4pt semi skimmed milk
- 1oz oil
Cooking Instructions
Directions:
- Sieve flour into basin
- Make a well in centre.
- Break in the eggs
- Add half the liquid and whisk to smooth mixture gradually adding the rest of the liquid
- Allow to rest.
- Select a muffin tin or a shallow pan 15cm(6in) in diameter
- Pour in oil.
- Heat until hot in oven (230c-250c)
- Carefully pour in mixture.
