Our produce is a collection of some of the finest rare and heritage British butchery in the world. Used by many top professional chefs and cooked in some of the leading restaurant kitchens in the United Kingdom, we pride ourselves on ensuring British heritage butchery is not forgotten.

Jeff Baker, our Executive Product Development Chef, knows all about quality and pedigree having won (and then held) a Michelin Star for 10 years. He ensures our produce is hung, stored and cut to the standards he and all award-winning chefs expect.

We have over 50 years restaurant experience within our team so we are perfectly positioned to help with ensuring food costs are understood, to offer alternative solutions to menu considerations or through ensuring we can further enhance your menu.

We specialise in bespoke dry-aged hanging and can hang for up to 45 days. We are at the forefront of identifying unique rare breeds produce, ensuring farm traceability with every cut.
