Ingredients 
    
    - F&Co cooking chorizo
 - 1 red onion cut into thin slices
 - 1 sweet bell pepper, peeled & cut into thin strips
 - 50 ml runny honey
 - 30 ml aged sherry or balsamic vinegar
 - Fresh basil to finish
 
Method
                    - Remove the chorizo from the packaging and cut the links using a pair of sharp scissors.
 - Heat a heavy based frying pan over high heat, add a drop of olive oil, and fry the chorizo for 3 to 4 minutes until nicely coloured and the oil starts to seep out a little. Then add the onion and peppers, and toss together for a couple more minutes.
 - To finish pour the vinegar and honey on the base of the pan and toss over high heat until the chorizo are sticky and glazed.
 
                    to serve:
- Serve with drinks or with a steaming bowl of saffron scented rice for a more substantial meal.
