These birds are reared exclusively for Farmison & Co by Dr Paul Talling of Loose Birds in Harome, just on the edge of the North York Moors National Park. Perfect for roasting whole and glazing as a special Christmas centrepiece, the richness of the meat is ensured by outdoor-rearing of Paul's duck.

All of our Christmas range delivered on 19th Dec to 23rd Dec is guaranteed to stay fresh until Boxing Day *except products containing pastry which are pre frozen. 48 hour deliveries (Highlands & Islands) may have a shorter life depending on dispatch times.

Our ducks are sourced from small, traditional poultry farms, where they mature slowly to yield meat that is rich and succulent, well suited to pairing fruity flavours The difference in quality with mass-produced duck is often dramatic, with this poultry ordinarily reserved for the restaurant trade because of its superior flavour.
