Description

This traditional English suet pudding promises exquisite flavour and is handcrafted with wild venison and a full-bodied red wine. A touch of sweetness is provided by the natural flavour of redcurrant, while the savoury suet provides comforting and satisfying texture. Serve with buttered cabbage hearts for an easy mid-week meal or an indulgent weekend treat.

This product is frozen and will defrost whilst in transit to you. Ensure this product is thoroughly defrosted before cooking. We strongly recommend baking within 24 hours for best quality. This product must not be refrozen.
