Traditional Corned Beef - Frozen
Description
Typically made by salt-curing beef brisket, corned beef has been served alongside cabbage and used to fill sandwiches for centuries. Our traditional corned beef is made using mince from heritage breed free-range beef, sourced from our small network of local farms. Developed in-house, we've kept this recipe as natural as possible, enhancing the true flavour our heritage breed beef has to offer. Subtly seasoned with white pepper, a little sugar, pimento chilli pepper and sea buckthorn for a slightly fruity finish, this corned beef is perfect for old-school suppers and delicious sandwiches.
This product is frozen and will defrost whilst in transit to you. Ensure this product is thoroughly defrosted before cooking. We strongly recommend cooking within 24 hours for best quality. This product must not be refrozen.
