Our famous Christmas free-range porchetta is inspired by traditions of Italian butchery - creamy, flavoursome pork loin and belly skilfully trimmed, boned, and rolled with a specially crafted winter spice to infuse the meat with festive, cinnamon and nutmeg flavour. Our free-range Porchetta is easy to carve, and it stands out for the quality of the Christmas pork joint and a balanced level of seasoning. The free-range pork is sourced from British heritage breed pigs reared naturally outdoors to offer outstanding succulence and flavour. All of our Christmas range delivered on 19th Dec to 23rd Dec is guaranteed to stay fresh until Boxing Day *except products containing pastry which are pre frozen. 48 hour deliveries (Highlands & Islands) may have a shorter life depending on dispatch times.

Porchetta is a Roman speciality increasingly finding its way onto butcher's boards and restaurant menus. Traditionally, porchetta is made with the loin and the belly to promise layers of silky fat, and the essential crackling. Our porchettas are then enhanced by the aroma of the blend of seasonings added on the butcher's block, before being neatly tied ready for roasting.
