Our flavoursome F&Co free-range bratwurst is developed to a traditional German recipe, using free-range heritage breed pork from our Yorkshire farms. Gently seasoned, we've paired the smooth texture of the free-range pork with salt and pepper, and slowly smoked the bratwurst over natural wood for a mellow, well-rounded aroma. This sausage makes for an excellent and nutritious meal the whole family will enjoy, pair with crusty bread, hot mustard and sauerkraut for a substantial dish, or in a soft bun and plenty of F&Co Tomato Ketchup for youngsters.
