Description

Inspired by our best-selling Lamb Merguez Sausage, this burger will become a staple throughout your barbecue season. We've recreated the merguez, traditionally a long spiced sausage from the Middle East and North Africa, and turned it into THE must-try lamb burger of the BBQ season. Using authentic spices, including harissa and toasted cumin, this lamb burger pairs flavours of the Middle East with our finest grass-fed British lamb. This blend creates a rich, meaty patty with bold flavours. Expect a satisfying, tasty bite, sure to become a barbecue favourite.

Shelf life: minimum 3 days.

Lamb (93%), merguez flavouring (5%):(harissa sauce, smoked paprika, ground coriander, garlic puree, fennel seeds, ground cumin), seasoning mix (2%):(salt, black pepper, dextrose, onion powder, preservative: (sodium metabisulphite), antioxidant (ascorbic acid), flavouring).
