Exclusive to Farmison & Co, this classic Beef Wellington will make for a generous meal for one person. Made to the original recipe with Madeira-infused mushroom duxelles, wrapped in air-dried ham and all-butter flaky puff pastry, and not forgetting the all-important meltingly tender aged centre cut fillet of beef. Be sure to consult our Beef Wellington recipe, and serve alongside our F&Co rich red wine sauce.

This product is frozen and will defrost whilst in transit to you. Ensure this product is thoroughly defrosted before cooking. We strongly recommend baking within 24 hours for best quality. This product must not be refrozen.

How to cook the individual beef wellington

This individual beef wellington makes a generous, easy to bake meal for winter evenings. Remove the wellington from the packaging 24 hours prior to baking, and place on a tray lined with parchment paper. Preheat your oven and place the wellington on the middle shelf and bake until the puff pastry is golden brown. Leave to rest before serving with luxurious mashed potatoes, winter brassica, and a rich red wine sauce for the ultimate festive meal. An outstanding joint of prime grass fed beef, trimmed of all sinew by hand, the centre cut is one piece of pure fillet. The underworked fillet muscle of the beast makes for the most tender beef, often reserved for prime steaks in restaurants. Our centre cuts are further tenderised by the essential aging process, which enhances the natural quality of the beef, concentrating the flavour.
