Exclusive to Farmison & Co and a luxurious twist on a classic sausage roll, our pork sausage wellington will make for a generous meal for four people. Made with free-range pork sausage meat with a hint of smoke and caramelised red onion, encased in flaky all-butter puff pastry. This wellington is a great alternative to a classic beef wellington and makes for a delicious dinner. Serve freshly baked with luxurious mashed potatoes and English mustard, or cold as part of a buffet.

This product is frozen and will defrost whilst in transit to you. Ensure this product is thoroughly defrosted before cooking. We strongly recommend baking within 24 hours for best quality. This product must not be refrozen.

How to cook pork sausage wellington

This luxury free-range pork sausage wellington makes a generous, easy-to-bake meal for the whole family. Remove the wellington from the packaging 24 hours prior to baking, and place on a tray lined with parchment paper. Preheat your oven and place the wellington on the middle shelf and bake until the puff pastry is golden brown.
