Description

Our free-range sausage roll is made using the finest cuts of pork and a hint of smoked bacon coarsly ground then encased in flaky all-butter pastry for a luxurious finish. Perfect as bite size pieces for a delicious festive buffet or freshly baked for a simple supper. All you need to do is bake in the oven until the pastry is golden and crisp before serving it hot with lashings of gravy or or cold with F&Co English mustard.

This product is frozen and will defrost whilst in transit to you. Ensure this product is thoroughly defrosted before cooking. We strongly recommend baking within 48 hours for best quality. This product must not be refrozen.

Shelf life: minimum 2 days.

Ingredients: sausagemeat (72%): (Pork (72%), smoked bacon: (free range pork loin (130g used in 100g of finished product), salt, sugar, antioxidant:(organic sea buckthorn), preservative: (sodium nitrite), natural wood smoke), water, gluten-free crumb: (rice, potato starch, tapioca starch, vegetable oil (rape), dextrose, sugar, yeast, salt, stabiliser (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), maize starch, psyllium fibre), caramelised red onion: (red onion (50%), sugar and cane molasses, balsamic vinegar:(red wine vinegar, grape must), red wine vinegar, black treacle, sea salt, preservative:(sorbic acid), spice), cracked black pepper, seasoning (salt, potato starch, spices (white pepper, coriander, nutmeg, black pepper, chilli powder, pimento), stabiliser (pentasodium triphosphate), dextrose, yeast extract, preservative (sodium disulphite), onion powder, antioxidant (ascorbic acid))), pastry: (wheat flour (gluten), vegetable oils: (palm* and rapeseed oil), water, wheat starch (gluten), lemon juice, salt, preservative: (alcohol (evaporates during baking)), inactivated yeast extract), glaze: (egg yolk, milk), nigella seeds.
