Our traditional breakfast banger made delicious with Yorkshire pork and own fresh blend of natural herbs and seasonings. The rich quality of the pork ensures plenty of robust flavour for a sausage butty or to pair with other stalwarts of a cooked breakfast, while the fine texture promises classic eating quality.

Let your sausages come to room temperature before cooking. Preheat the pan with a fine film of oil, though not too hot as this could cause the sausages to explode. Don't overcrowd the cooking base, and cook through on a medium heat, until rich in colour, caramelised and firm to touch.
