This authentic lamb and apricot tagine is inspired by North African traditions of mixing spices and slow cooking, promising delicious eating. The saucepan-ready sauce features our own ras el hanout spice blend to perfectly complement the free-range morsels of succulent lamb leg and shoulder and the chunks of apricots. Complete with citrus and finished with sweet honey, this dish has a light finish and will bring a touch of elegance to your meal planning.

The classic pairing for lamb tagine is steamed couscous, though it's just as at home served with steamed rice or paired with some North African-style flat breads for an easy, charming lunch.
