Churned in the heart of Somerset using rich, creamy local milk,
this versatile butter is seasoned with just the right amount of
Himalayan salt crystals to create a butter that has the perfect
balance of savouriness without overpowering the richness of the
butter. Add to freshly steamed green beans or other green
vegetables, to a crisp jacket potato, or cut a generous disc and
lay onto a resting seasoned steak.
Inspired by and named after the Sublime Society of Beefsteak -
an eccentric 18th Century London gentlemen's club - Sublime is a
new range of flavoured butters created to complement the quality
produce found in independent delis & butchers - especially
steak! Sublime was most recently voted winners in the Best Butter
category of the World Dairy Innovation Awards 2020.
